I gave Dr. Khalifeh's information to several people! I really like that I don't feel rushed during my appointments. No matter how many people are in the reception area, I always feel like I am his only patient. He gives me his full attention, doesn't rush me and addresses all my concerns.

Navin, This morning I saw my dermatologist and, when I showed him the healed, finished product (products?), he said he'd never seen anything like it -- "Joan," he said in amazement, staring, "I've seen many, many breast enhancements and yours are definitely THE best -- by a large margin." It wasn't only his words, but the way he said it, and he's not easily impressed. I wanted to pass on to you these unprompted comments from another physician -- one who has had a thriving practice for decades. And my guess is a dermatologist sees naked bodies with a frequency unmatched by any other specialty, save possibly OB-GYN. (Yeah, cosmetic surgeons see a lot of surgically altered breasts, too, but the procedures they see usually are their own work.)

Dr. Singh, In two weeks, I didn't have any bruising, swelling is gone, it looks so natural. I just got engaged and I look so good in my picutres. Thanks so much.

I just wanted to share a quick story which was the highlight of my weekend with you all at Ivy. I was at a holiday party this weekend when a gay man accidentally brushed against my boobs. He stopped, did a double take, came back to intentionally grope me again and declared "oh my God these are fabulous." I took it as the ultimate compliment to your skill and wanted to share.

Hi Dr. Singh .. Just wanted to let you know that my daughter continues to be very happy with her decision to have the surgery. She says she has no regrets and is just so happy that she no longer has to put the prosthesis in her bra. She told everyone on the Poland website your name and they should call you if they live near Baltimore or D.C.. ...plastic surgery had never even occured to me as an option ..One day I was at a mall filled with clothes from some of the greatest designers in the world and I realized I had a major problem. I tried on designer after designer feeling like absolutely nothing looked good on me. I had lost my shape after my second child and I realized, for the first time, that it wasn't coming back. As I walked despondently out of the mall I noticed a sign for Ivy Plastics. I wondered, could this finally be my answer?

After bearing two children, I struggled to balance motherhood with work, life and even with being an adequate wife. After years of bingeful and wasteful eating I was convinced that I had an eating disorder, stress food binging whenever the strain was too much. I felt terrible about myself for not being able to control my own urges, for not “making” the time to exercise and for, generally, not being perfect. Society kept telling me I could be so much more. So why wasn’t I?


When I finally decided to have a tummy tuck I was met with both playful jealousy and criticism from friends and family. Some considered me to be wasteful, lazy and even selfish to use money that they felt could be better spent elsewhere. Now that I’ve taken the plunge I realize how important this really was not only to my mental well-being but also to my physical health. Since having the surgery I eat less – the muscles that now press appropriately on my stomach make me feel full more quickly and have stopped cravings and bouts of binge eating that I used to rely so heavily on. I’ve lost weight at a record breaking pace by simply having portion control and even the most minor exercising finally makes a noticeable difference. I feel empowered by this new control – namely because there is nothing wrong with me after all! While I recognize that plastic surgery is not a solution, or an option, for everyone I can’t help but wish that mothers everywhere could have the same personal experience that I have had. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and those around me have benefited from my experience. My new hourglass figure is so valuable but the weight loss and improvement to my overall health and well-being is priceless.

I just wanted to let you know that 6 months later I am still so happy with the results from the surgery to correct my Poland Syndrome. You did an amazing job. This summer I've been able to actually enjoy bathing suit shopping, without being limited by what would hide my PS. I feel so much more confident now, and I'm so much happier. After years of wearing a prosthesis I feel like I'm finally free. Now that I no longer have to try and hide my PS, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
